dein Zimmer, das von 15.08. bis 14.09. zur Untermiete verfügbar steht, hat etwa 20qm und zwei Südfenster mit Rollläden und Jalousie. Es ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Schuhregal, Kleiderstange und Kommode, sowie Schreibtisch und einem großen Bücherregal. Das Klavier kannst du nach Absprache benutzen.
Es gibt einen Flur, in dem unser Esstisch steht und in der Küche gibt es auch alles was man braucht, inklusive einer Spülmaschine.

your room, which is for subtenancy from 15/08 until 14/09, has 20qm and two windows facing the south with shutter and blind. It is furnitured with a bed, shoe board, clothes rail and drawers, as well as a desk and a large book shelves. You may also play the piano.
There is a common place in the center of our flat, where our dining table is located and the kitchen provides everything you need, including a dishwasher.
Die Wohnung könnnte kaum besser liegen, man braucht sechs Minuten bis an die Tramstation Rhein-Neckar-Straße und etwa 8 Minuten bis an den Luisenplatz, an dem dann auch der K-Bus zur Lichtwiese fährt. An die H-Da brauch man zu Fuß auch nur 10 Minuten. Deine nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Alnatura, Netto, Rewe, Aldi und direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Asialaden. Auch Restaurants hast du in direkter Nähe, sowie direkt gegenüber einen Pizzalieferdienst.
The flat is six minutes away from the station Rhein-Neckar-Straße and you need around 8 minutes to go to Luisenplatz, where the buses to Lichtwiese depart. The H-Da is a 10 minutes walk. A variety of grocery shops can be found around the corner, for example, Alnatura, Aldi, Rewe, Netto and an Asia-shop. There are several restaurants nearby and a pizza delivery.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Sebastian und Hareesh. Sebastian, 28, studiert an der TU IT Sicherheit und ist nebenbei sehr engagiert in seinem Jiu Jitsu Verein. Hareesh, 28, promoviert zu Biometrie an der HDA. Der dritte im Bunde bin ich, Mark, 25, PhD an der TU, in der Freizeit gerne musizierend. Da ich verreist bin, steht mein Zimmer zur Untermiete.
Bei uns war es immer so, dass jeder seinen Freiraum hat, aber wir auch ab und zu mal gerne auf dem Flur quatschen oder uns abends auf ein Bier oder ein Glas Wein treffen.
Your roommates are Sebastian and Hareesh. Sebastian, 28, studies IT security at TU-Darmstadt and is in a Jiu Jitsu Club. Hareesh, 28, is doing his PhD in biometrics at the HDA. The third is me, Mark, 25, PhD at TU, and I like playing music. As I will be travelling, my room is for subtenancy.
You will have your freedom in this flat, but sometimes in the evening we meet to drink a beer or glass of wine.

Die Schlüsselübergabe ist am 14.08. oder 15.08. möglich.
