Das Zimmer hat 15 qm, hat hohe Decken und ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet. Es hat einen Balkon und ist zur Ostseite, weshalb es morgens schön hell im Zimmer ist. Zudem gibt es in der Wohnung einen Keller mit viel Stauraum, haben ne große Küche in der wir meistens Abends zusammen abhängen.
Da ich ausziehe nehme ich die meisten Möbel mit, ein Bett und ein Schreibtisch werden jedoch noch drin bleiben.
The room has 15 square meters, high ceilings and is directed to the courtyard. There is a balcony directly at the room and it has windows to the east side, which means its very bright at the morning. We have a basement with huge storage place. The room will be furnished with a bed and a writing desk.
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Mathildenhöhe, Woog, Rosenhöhe und Ostbahnhof. Vom Ostbahnhof gibt es neben den Bussen eine gute Verbindung zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof mittels der VIAS. Die Innenstadt ist innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The flat is located next to Mathildenhöhe, Wood, Rosenhöhe and "Ostbahnhof" (translation). At the train station of "Ostbahnhof" you have good connections to Frankfurt. The city center of Darmstadt is reachable within a 15 minutes foot walk
Deine Mitbewohner sind Marvin (21) und Lukas (24).
Marvin studiert aktuell Industriedesign und Lukas ist gerade mit seinem Master in Architektur fertig geworden.
Beides zwei kreative und offene Menschen, mit denen man sich gut unterhalten kann.
Your new roommates would be Marvin and Lukas.
Marvin is studying industrial design and Lukas is already finished with his Master and started working.
They are both very creative and openminded people:)
Du könntest ab dem 03. Januar 2020 einziehen und kannst je nachdem wie es dir passt 1 bis 3 Monate als Zwischenmieter oder wenn es dir super gut gefällt natürlich auch länger da bleiben.
