The room is about 20 square meters and has a large window to the west through which you can enjoy the evening sun or close it completely with roller shutters.
It's a quiet place in the middle of the city, just far enough and hidden that you don't get to hear all the commotion.
The room is fully furnished (mattress, desk, cupboard, drawers…)
The apartment is very centrally located on a street behind Luisenplatz. Right on your doorstep you will find everything you need in just a 1-2 minute walk: bars, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets (Netto, Alnatura, Rewe, Aldi), a cinema (Helia), banks etc.
Despite the central location it is very quiet at night.
Luisenplatz, a central transfer point for public transport and shopping, is only a 1-minute walk away.
We are all leaving the flat, more or less at the same time. A new roommate arrives at the end of January, another a few days later, and Finally I am leaving end of February so I can’t really describe the vibe of the flat, it will be up to you to define your rules !
Details about the cost:
The rent is 400€ and includes all the other costs (electricity, water, heat, internet…).
The deposit is 950€, it holds for the deposit of the room itself (about 700€) plus the equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, furnitures of the room…). If everything stays after your leaving, then you will retrieve the 950€ (minus a depreciation depending on the duration of your stay…) for instance, the room was furnished when I arrived, and I had to pay roughly 1000€, I staid for 5 months so the deposit will be a little lower for the person who will remplace me.
