Ich biete ein Zimmer von meiner zweizimmer Wohnung zu Untervermietung, das Zimmer ist völlmobiliert ( Kleiderschrank- Bett 160/200- Matratzen- Schreibtisch- Schreibtischstuhl- 2 kleine Tische, etc )
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 14 qm.
Das Zimmer hat wesentliches Fenster und innenhof.
Die Miete versteht sich als Inklusivmiete.
Die Wohunug ist auch komplett ausgestattet ( Spülmaschine, waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, etc)

A room in my 2 rooms apartment is to be rented, the room is fully furnished ( closet, bed 160/200, desk, chair, two small tables, etc )
The room is 14 m2 and it has s window to the west. The apartment is also full furnished ( washing machine , winding machine, refrigerator, etc)
The rent includes everything (electricity, water, internet and everything)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, sodass man in nur 3 Gehminuten aufs Luisenplatz steht. Von luisenplatz kann man problemlos mit Bus und Bahn zum Campus der TU Lichtwiese, HB oder Hochschule Darmstadt fahren.
Der Campus TU Stadtmitte und Herrengarten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, circa 5 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele, Netto, Aldi oder Rewe.

The location is so central, Listenplatz is only three minutes away, which means that all the transportation are very good, the supermarkets are also very close and there a lot of good choices ( Alnatura, Rewe, Netto , Aldi)
Ich habe mein Master dieses Semester an der TU Darmstadt angefangen. Ich schaue sehr gerne Filme und Serien an und wenn ich Bock habe jogge ich oder spiele auch Fußball.
Ich bin für jede Art von Sport und spiele dabei ( Volleyball, Tabletennis, Wandern, Kartenspielen, Bouldern, Schachspielen) nicht als Profi aber als guter Spieler garantiert :D.
Grundsätzlich wichtig für das Zusammenleben ist mir gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme (Nicht laut Musikhören wenn der andere schläft oder so).
Das soziale Zusammenleben sehe ich entspannt. Das ergibt sich schon so, wie es passt. Wenn wir uns gut verstehen können wir gerne mal zusammen kochen oder einfach zusammen sitzen und reden. Es soll keine Zweck Wg sein.

I study master in civil engineering in Tu Darmstadt. I watch alot of series and football matches. I also play football when I am not injured :)
I can get involved in any activity inside or outside and I enjoy doing stuff with groups.
Living together is based totally on how good are we together, we can cook or set and talking. Most importantly that we should understand and respect each others time and privacy so we can enjoy the time and avoid as much struggles as possible.
Das Zimmer ist schön leer, der Einzugstermin ist flexibel, könnte auch am 15.08 oder am 01.09 sein.
Bitte schreib reichende infos über dich ( wer du bist, was machst du genau, was ist deine Hobbys ....)
