Das Zimmer ist ca 4x4 m vollmöbliert mit Teppich und Bettzeug. Mitbenutzung von Küche und Bad, auch Waschmaschine, Staubsauger etc. Auf Wunsch kann ein eigener Kühlschrank ins Zimmer gestellt werden. WLAN kann verwendet werden. Balkon ist in Südseite zur Landskronstr. Zimmer ist nach Norden, hat aber helles Fenster mit Blick auf Grünes. Die Gestaltung kann besprochen werden. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Alarmsystem und Feuerlöscher.
Ideal wäre WE Heimfahrer/In, dies ist aber keine Bedingung. Mietanteil entspricht 30% der Gesamtmiete und Nebenkosten.
Ökologisch ausgerichteter Haushalt.
Ich spiele ab und zu akustische Gitarre und singe dazu.
Südlich in DA Bessungen. Fußläufig zu Linie 3 und HST Landskronstr. REWE, dm, Alnatura in der Nähe. Orangerie, und Akademie für Tonkunst in der Nähe.
Fr.-Di Morgen bin ich zuhause sonst bundesweit unterwegs.
Alles kann sich gerne entwickeln. Ich bin offener, sozialer und friedvoller Mensch.
Gerne koche und backe ich.
Kellerraum ist für Abstelldinge wie Fahrrad oder Kartons geeignet.
