mein bisherige Mitbewohner Ammar zieht aus und ein Zimmer ist zu vermieten. Es ist eine 2er WG und du teilst dir die Wohnung mit mir. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss in einem der grünsten Stadtteile Darmstadts. Der Bahnhof Freibergerplatz ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und auch REWE ist in der Nähe.
Das Zimmer ist 23m2 gross im zweiten Stock und ist hell und natürliches Licht kommt die ganze Zeit herein. Das Zimmer wird MIT den zusehenden MÖBEL vermietet.
Für die Zimmer Möbel(Kleiderschrank, Bett, Garderobenschrank und ein klein Couch) wird ein einmaliger Abschlag in Höhe von 350 € fällig.

my flatmate Ammar has found a new job and is moving out and I am looking for a flatmate for my 2-person flat, the room is 23m2 on the second floor, the room is bright and natural light comes in all the time. The room is furnished

Bessungen ist einer der grünsten Stadtteile in Darmstadt. Es gibt fast keinen Verkehrslärm und die ganze Straße ist mit einer Baumgrenze bedeckt. Der Straßenbahnhof Freiberger Platz ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Stadtzentrum ist 10 bis 12 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In Fußnähe liegen zudem zwei Bäcker, ein Metzger, Rewe, zwei Apotheken, ein Copyshop, Eisdiele die Sparkasse und die Volksbank und vieles mehr.
Bessungen is one of the greenest districts in Darmstadt. There is almost no traffic noise and the whole street is covered with a tree line. The Freiberger Platz tram station is only a 5-minute walk away. The city center is a 10 to 12 minute walk away. There are also two bakeries, a butcher, Rewe, two pharmacies, a copy shop, ice cream parlor, the Sparkasse and Volksbank and much more within walking distance.
Die WG ist modern, die Küche hat alle Geräte und einen Geschirrspüler, alles wurde Neu gekauft. Ich bin selbst Doktorand und bevorzuge es, meine Ruhe zu haben, wenn ich nach Hause komme. Wir können jedoch immer etwas auf dem Balkon trinken oder abends ein nettes Gespräch führen. Ich freue mich von dir zu hören. Wie sieht dein Tag momentan aus? Was ist dir wichtig? The flat is modern, the building is also very clean and neighbors are nice. Almost all the people living in the building are Germans. I am myself a PhD student, English is my first language but I am also fluent in German. I am usually out the whole day and come late in the evening. I would prefer to have someone who is not much of a party person but on weekends its fine. I am always down for a drink on the balcony and nice chat in the kitchen.
Wir haben ein kleines Bad mit Toilette, Waschbecken, Dusche und Badewanne. Waschmaschine ist in die Küche.
Jeder des Hauses hat auch einen Schlüssel zum Fahrradraum, der direkt neben dem Eingang ist. Zu unserer Wohnung gehört Kellerraum, wo du ein paar Sachen lagern kannst, falls nötig. Für weitere Fragen bin ich gern zur Verfügung
As said earlier, pretty much everything in the flat is brand new. Including our kitchen appliances and bathroom etc. If you hate doing dishes than good news for you, there is a dishwasher. There is also a storage room and bicycle room where you can put your bike or other storage that you have. If you have further questions, just write me.
