Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster zum großzügigen Balkon. Trotz der Ausrichtung hin zum Staatstheater ist es immer sehr ruhig und man hat eine Grünfläche mit Bäumen und Büschen als Sichtschutz, die ganz nebenbei für ein gutes Klima auch im Sommer sorgen.
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. 5 Minuten bis zum Luisenplatz, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in einer Minute zu erreichen. Sowohl Hochschule als auch TU sind Fußläufig oder mit ÖPNV in kurzer Zeit zu errreichen.
Das WG-Leben war immer sehr entspannt. Ob mal ein rücksichtsvolles nebeneinanderher Leben oder auch gemeinsame Aktivitäten, beides war immer möglich.
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und diverse Küchengeräte sind bereits vorhanden.
