Wir vermieten ein Zimmer in dieses 2er WG frei (teilweise m;bliert!). Das Zimmer ist 13 m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster mit elektrischen Rollladen. Unsere WG befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss einer renovierten Altbauwohnung.
Die Wohnung ist 45 m² groß, verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten: Heizung, ein WC mit Badewanne, eine Waschmaschine und Handtuch-Heizung sowie einen offenen Wohnbereich (Wohnzimmer-Küche) mit einem Sofa, Spülmaschine, Ofen und Mikrowelle.
Außerdem, gibt es einen Keller, einen kleinen Raum für Fahrräder und einen großen Garten hinter dem Haus.
We offer a room in this 2-bed shared flat will be available (partially furnished!). The room is 13 m² in size and has a large window with electric roller shutters. Our flat is located on the 3rd floor of a renovated old building.
The apartment is 45 m² and has all amenities: heating, toilet & bathtub, a washing machine and towel heating as well as a living room-kitchen with a sofa, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
Furthermore, there is a cellar, a room for the bicycles and a common garden.
Die Lage der WG ist perfekt für Studenten der h_da geeignet, da die Hochschule gerade einmal 5 Minuten zu Fuß oder 2 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt ist. Die TU Darmstadt ist auch nur 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Man braucht 2 Gehminuten zur Bushaltestelle für die Busse H, R und 40.
In Fußnähe gibt es einen Aldi, Rewe, Lidl und Penny sowie eine Apotheke, und alles Weitere kann man mit dem ÖPNV sehr einfach und schnell erreichen.
The location of the shared flat is perfect for students of the h_da, as it is just 5 minutes away by walk or 2 minutes by bus. The TU Darmstadt is also only 8-9 minutes away by bike. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the bus stop for the H, R and 40 buses. Hence, you can easily arrive at the Main Station either by walk or by bus.
Within walking distance there are also Aldi, Rewe, Lidl and Penny as well as a pharmacy, and everything else can be reached very easily and quickly by public transport.
Du wirst die WG mit Max (23) teilen, einem Studenten an der h_da, der sehr sympathisch ist. Er ist unkompliziert, angenehm, und immer für nette Unterhaltungen in der Küche oder ein Bier zu haben.
Wir sind garantiert nicht pingelig, trotzdem legt man Wert auf Sauberkeit, schließlich sollen sich alle wohl fühlen.
You will share the flat with Max (23), student at the h_da and very likeable. He is very uncomplicated and pleasant, and is open for nice conversations in the kitchen, as well as for sharing a beer.
We guarantee not to be fussy, but nevertheless cleaning is quite important since, after all, everyone should feel comfortable.
Das Zimmer kann ab dem 15.06.2020 gemietet werden. Bereits im Zimmer enthalten sind ein Schreibtisch, das Bett + Matratze und ein Kleiderschrank.
