Falls du das Zimmer nicht bis Ende September mieten möchtest, können wir die Mietdauer nach hinten eventuell auch etwas verkürzen.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß und möbliert. Es ist durch eine große Fensterfront tagsüber schön lichtdurchflutet. Da wir im Erdgeschoss sind, ist es auch im Sommer angenehm :)
In der Wohnung befindet sich eine Waschmaschine, ein großer Backofen mit Mikrowellenfunktion und eine Spülmaschine. Wenn man durch die Küche durch geht, erreicht man einen überdachten Innenhof, welchen wir zu einem Wohnzimmer umgebaut haben. Selbst im Winter ist es hier angenehm. Hier kannst du deine Lieblingsserie schauen oder einfach ein bisschen entspannen.

Your room is approximately 17 square meters and fully furnished. It is beautifully bright during the day thanks to a large window front. Being on the ground floor, it remains pleasant even in the summer :)
Inside the apartment, there is a washing machine, a large oven with a microwave function, and a dishwasher. Passing through the kitchen, you'll reach a covered inner courtyard that we've transformed into a living room. It's comfortable even in winter, a perfect spot to watch your favorite series or simply relax.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Prinz-Emil-Garten, in dem wir uns gerne mit Freunden auf ein Bierchen treffen. Sowohl die Haltestelle Eschollbrücker Straße, als auch Prinz-Emil-Garten sind in ca. 2-3 min zu erreichen. Direkt um die Ecke ist der Getränkeladen Kolabri.
Zum Campus Stadtmitte wie auch zur Lichtwiese braucht man mit dem Fahrrad ca 10-15min.
The apartment is located near Prinz-Emil-Garten, where we often meet up with friends for a beer. Both the „Eschollbrücker Straße“ tram stop and „Prinz-Emil-Garten“ are reachable within about 2-3 minutes walking distance. There's also a beverage store called Kolabri just around the corner.
The Campus City Center and Lichtwiese are both about a 10-15 minutes bike ride away.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Emilia, Tim und Federico.
Emilia (22) studiert Online-Journalismus an der Hochschule Darmstadt im 4. Semester. Wenn Sie mal für sich ist, schreibt sie ihren nächsten Poetry Slam in ihre Notizbücher. Sie kocht auch sehr gerne, für und miteinander, jedoch immer vegetarisch.
Tim (25) studiert Umweltingenieurwissenschaften (im zweiten Mastersemester) an der TU und arbeitet nebenbei als Werkstudent. Neben sportlichen Aktivitäten (wie z.B. bouldern, Radfahren oder Squash) ist er auch beim Kochen oder Heimwerken motiviert.
Federico, auch Fede genannt, ist 26 und arbeitet bei der ESA. Fede kommt aus Turin und bringt so eine neue Sprache mit in unsere Wg, Italienisch. Obwohl wir oft Englisch sprechen, versteht Fede auch viel Deutsch und ist gerade dabei, es zu lernen. Wie wir liebt er das Bouldern und Schokolade!
Generell ist es keine Zweck-Wg. Wir kochen fast jeden Tag zusammen und gehen auch zusammen dafür einkaufen. Die Kosten teilen wir uns dafür über die App Splitwise. Wenn du deine eigenen Sachen kaufen möchtest, kannst du das aber auch gern machen. Ansonsten spielen wir auch sehr gerne was zusammen, vor Allem unser Lieblingsspiel Cabo. Aber vielleicht bringst du ja was neues mit? Wir machen auch mal was mit der Wg über uns. Da sind auch alle total offen und nett! Gerne kannst du auch mal Besuch mitbringen, gar kein Problem!
Natürlich haben aber alle auch ihre Privatsphäre. Wenn du für dich sein möchtest, dann mach einfach deine Zimmertür zu. Wir brauchen alle auch mal Zeit für uns.
Im Haus wohnen insgesamt 3 Parteien, über uns eine nette 5er WG, mit denen wir gut befreundet sind und viel unternehmen.
Your future roommates are Emilia, Tim, and Federico.
Emilia (22) is studying Online Journalism in her 4th semester at Hochschule Darmstadt. When she's alone, she writes her next poetry slam in her notebooks. She also enjoys cooking, both for and with others, but always vegetarian.
Tim (25) is studying Environmental Engineering (in his second semester of the Master's program) at TU and works as a working student on the side. In addition to sports activities like bouldering, cycling, or squash, he is also motivated when it comes to cooking or DIY projects.
Federico, also known as Fede, is 26 and works at the ESA. Originally from Turin, Fede brings a new language to our flat, Italian. Although we often speak English, Fede also understands a lot of German and is currently learning it. Like us, he loves bouldering and chocolate!
Generally, we don't just coexist in this flat but we live together. Hence we cook together almost every day and also go shopping together. We split the costs using the Splitwise app. However, if you prefer to buy your own things, you are welcome to do so. We also enjoy playing games together, especially our favorite game, Cabo. But maybe you'll bring something new? We also socialize with the flat above us. They are all very open and friendly! Feel free to bring visitors, it's not a problem at all! Of course, everyone also has their privacy. If you want to be alone, just close your room door. We all need some time for ourselves.
In the house, there are a total of 3 households, above us is a nice 5-person flatshare with whom we are good friends and do a lot together.
