Ein kleines vollmöbliertes Zimmer (12qm) in einer 3er WG ist ab dem 1. August 2021 verfügbar. Das Zimmer liegt in Bessunger Nähe Orangerie. Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine, ein Wohnzimmer und kleiner Garten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe von Orangerie, Darmstadt und ist ca. 10 Minuten von Luisenplatz entfernt. Die Orangerie ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Haltestelle der Linie 3 ist nur 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Und auch die Haltestelle der Linien 6/7/8 ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Fürs Einkaufen ist man in 1 Minuten beim Netto.
Wir sind Christine, Abdel, und ich, Nadiel. Ich werde Anfang oder Mitte August ausziehen.
Christine (Vermieterin) ist eine sehr nette und freundliche Frau. Sie geht fast jeden Tag zum Reiten. Sie liest gerne Bücher und trifft ab und zu mit ihrer Familie. Zusammenkochen ist aber nicht ihr Ding.
Abdel studiert Informatik an der Hda. Er ist sehr freundlich, offen und kommunikativ. Man kann immer mit ihm reden.
Der/Die Neue(r) muss ordentlich sein und Sauberkeit halten können.
