da ich für ein 2 monatiges Praktikum aus Deutschland weg muss, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer für 2 Monate an eine verantwortungsbewusste Person untervermieten, die sich an die Hausordnung hält und mein Zimmer sauber halten würde.
Es handelt sich um ein großes 26Qm Zimmer mit angeschlossenem Balkon in einer 3-Zimmer Wg.
Sie würden dieses Wg (Toilette und Küche) mit der reizenden Jil (aus China) teilen. Sie ist 29 Jahre alt tun PHD von TU. und Finn aus Deutschland. Er ist 24 Jahre alt und arbeitet.
dieses Zimmer ist voll möbliert und wir haben alles, was in der WG benötigt wird.
Waschmaschine, Backofen, Sandwichmaker, Toaster, Mikrowelle etc.

since i have to go on a 2 months training period away from Germany, Therefore i would like to sublet my room for 2 months to a responsible person who would follow the house rules and keep my room clean.
This is a big 26Qm room with a attached balcony in a 3 zimmer Wg.
you would share this Wg (toilet and Kitchen) with the lovely Jil (from China). She is 29 years old doing PHD from TU. and Finn from Germany. He is 24 years old and working.
