Hello everyone,
Next month (February 2022) my room will be available it is in the city center, just behind the "Staatstheater" as I am going abroad for 30 days. The room has a total of 26 square meters.
The large window and the balcony door facing south always ensure sufficient daylight in the room and due to the quiet location you hardly hear anything, especially at night.
The room is to be rented out for the time being, so I would like to hand it over furnished.
The rent of 420 € includes all costs, the kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, TV with Netflix and amazon prime, 2 big screens if you have a laptop, your own fridge, some sports equipments ...
the flat will be shared with two other guys, the mainly working so you won't see each other a lot, but they are cool and helpfull.
it s 4 minutes walk to the Luisenplatz.

The apartment is located in the city center of Darmstadt and close to orangery (my favorite park) 10 minutes walk.
It is pretty central so no need to explain the transport connection because there is already a central station the city center.. Otherwise you can of course also take the tram or bike.
Oussema (26) and queen (25) live with you. Both are working. You can do sports with Oussema if you want to, we go together all the time, fitness first is 5 minutes walk.
We founded the flat share back then, which means that our flat share life is very harmonious.
