Hi!
Offered is a room with about 20 m² living space.
The room is located on the second floor of a three-story new building, with very good location in Roßdorf. The house is located in a backyard, on which is also the private parking space. There is of course also a large storage room to accommodate, for example, bicycles. Also, the WG has a terrace and a garden, which may be shared by everyone.
The village Roßdorf is only about 6 km away from Darmstadt and easy to reach by bus and bike. Roßdorf is located between Darmstadt and Dieburg, in the middle of greenery and is surrounded by a lot of nature, farmland, and also a small vineyard. On the nearby Roßberg and Rehberg, you can experience very beautiful sunsets and the area has a small bird sanctuary. Roßdorf also has an outdoor pool, as well as many clubs and also some shopping stores and its own business park.
The flat is currently inhabited by three men and one woman. For the room are looking for students and female students, but workers are also welcome. The inhabitants of the flat and the neighborhood is relatively quiet and it is therefore very good to relax, or learn : )
To rent the room, a Schufa (solicitar ahora) information is required, as well as the last three proofs of salary, or the designation of a guarantor. The deposit is 500 euros and the room can be rented and occupied from 01.01.2022 or 01.02.2022. The rent of the room is 370 euros warm rent (the cold rent is 250 euros, the operating costs flat rate 120 euros).
The WG room is with a view of the garden, directed to the south-east and has a lot of light incidence. The room is rented partially furnished. Included in the room are: a wardrobe, a desk and a desk chair.

Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock eines dreistöckigen Neubaus, mit sehr guter Lage in Roßdorf. Das Haus liegt in einem Hinterhof, auf welchem sich auch der Privatparkplatz befindet. Es gibt natürlich auch einen großen Abstellraum um beispielsweise Fahrräder unterzustellen. Auch verfügt die WG über eine Terrasse und einen Garten, der von jedem mitbenutzt werden darf.
Der Ort Roßdorf ist nur ca. 6 Km von Darmstadt entfernt und gut mit Bus und Fahrrad zu erreichen. Roßdorf liegt zwischen Darmstadt und Dieburg, mitten im Grünen und ist umgeben von viel Natur, Ackerlandschaften, und auch einem kleinen Weinberg. Auf dem nahegelegenen Roßberg und dem Rehberg, kann man sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge erleben und die Gegend besitzt ein kleines Vogelschutzgebiet. Roßdorf besitzt außerdem ein Freibad, sowie viele Vereine und auch einige Einkaufsläden und ein eigenes Gewerbegebiet.
Die WG wird momentan von drei Männern und einer Frau bewohnt. Für das Zimmer gesucht, werden Studenten und Studentinnen, jedoch sind Arbeitnehmer auch willkommen. Die WG und die Nachbarschaft ist relativ ruhig und es lässt sich somit sehr gut entspannen, oder lernen : ) Es handelt sich um eine gemischte Wohngemeinschaft.
Um das Zimmer zu mieten, wird eine Schufa (solicitar ahora) Auskunft benötigt, sowie die drei letzten Nachweise des Lohnes, oder die Benennung eines Bürgen. Die Kaution beträgt 500 Euro und das Zimmer kann ab dem 01.01.2022 bzw. dem 01.02.2022 vermietet und bezogen werden. Die Miete des Zimmers beträgt 370 Euro Warmmiete (Die Kaltmiete beträgt 250 Euro, die Betriebskostenpauschale 120 Euro).
