My 16m2, fully furnished room, will be available from March 1st to June 30th. I will be doing a short assignment in Singapore and am therefore looking to sublet my room during this period.
My flat is ideally located in Darmstadt center (Karlstraße 39, 64283). (Pictures next page)
Room
The room is very bright and has two large windows with a view of the domed church. Since the windows face the courtyard, it is quiet despite the central location of the apartment. I will leave everything ready (bed, desk, second screen, wardrobes, …) for the sub-letter. I’ve been working from my room for the past year or so.
Flat
The apartment is about 70m2; it has a large living room, which you are welcome to share. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a washing machine is already there. There is also a cellar, so we have enough storage space, and a separate bicycle cellar is also available. We have a balcony in Rebecca’s room, with a nice sunset view!
The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the bus stop Schulstraße and by bike you can reach the main station in 10 minutes. The city center can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. It is also a 10min bike ride to Merck! There is a Rewe at 5 minutes walking distance.
You’ll live with my amazing roommate, Rebecca. She’s 27, comes from Frankfurt and is a PhD student at the University Hospital. Life in the flat is joyful and relaxed, we spend a lot of time together cooking or having a glass of wine
Price: 500e including all bills
