THE ROOM WILL BE ONLY RENTED FOR STUDENTS!
I am leaving my beloved room cause i am done with my studies.
I will be writing this in English, because one flatmate Mo does not speak German yet, but understands, making fluent English kind of required for a nice time living together. However with Ildi you may very well speak German!
So the room comes with a double bed,desk, a chair and a built in Wardrobe. Of course I will take out everything that belongs to me so you will have space to store your stuff!
I AM GIVING THE ROOM AWAY FOR SOMEONE WHO IS TAKING OVER ALL THE FURNITURE IN THE ROOM FOR 500 EURO. ATTACHED YOU'LL FIND ALL THE INVOICES FOR THE STUFF I BOUGHT ONLINE: YOU CAN ALSO SELL THEM TO THE NEXT TENANT ONCE YOU LEAVE. SO IT IS A WIN WIN SITUATION.
We got a big living room and lots of space in both the kitchen and the bathroom.

die Möbel müssen für 500 Euro übernommen werden. Wie der Preis Zustande Kam sieht man in den Bilder da ich die Möbel bis Auf die Kommode und Nachttisch neu erworben habe. Die können danach beim Auszug an den Nachmieter weiterverkauft. Das Zimmer hat einen eingebauten Schrank
Basically everything is a two minute walk away from the flat: Rewe, Aldi, dm and others. Tram to uni and city centre is 8min walk away.
Your flatmates will be Ildi , And Mo (25 /26yo): all social and respectful as well as fun to be around and have discussions with!
We usually spent quite some time in the living room talking, eating, or whatever.
You should definitely be respectful of the way others live their life and be willing to talk about what you want and need.
The room will be ready to move in from 1st of June.
The contract is unlimited .
