Auf der einen Seite befindet sich ein Wohnbereich mit Fernseher und Sofa (jetzt Sitzsäcken wegen Defekten im Sofa) sowie gedämpfter Beleuchtung für eine entspannte Atmosphäre und auf der anderen Seite ein Arbeitstisch mit einem bequemen Stuhl, der deinem zukünftigen Bett gegenübersteht. Das Zimmer blickt auf den Balkon, der ein großartiger Ort zum Verweilen ist, wenn das Wetter besser wird.
A comfortable room equipped with all the necessary items to make you feel right at home. At one side there's a living area with a TV and sofa (now beanbags because the sofa had defects) as well as dim lighting for a relaxing atmosphere, and on the other a studydesk with its comfortable chair opposing your future bed. The room is overlooking the balcony, which will be a great spot to hangout when the weather gets better.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 3 Gehminuten von einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle und etwa 10-15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.
The flat is located 3 minutes away by foot from a tram station and about 10-15 minutes to the city center.
Die Küche ist mit mehreren Geräten für deinen Komfort ausgestattet (Herd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Minibackofen, Waffeleisen). Die Wohnungsreinigung erfolgt alle 2 Wochen mit den bereitgestellten Putzmitteln.
The kitchen is equipped with multiple appliances for your convenience (stove, Fridge, freezer, water boiler, toaster machine, microwave, mini oven, waffle maker). The flat cleaning schedule takes place every 2 weeks with the materials provided.
