- 14 m2 für 410€ Warmmiete (Hauptmieter).
Die Wohnung ist modern und ausgestattet mit:
- 2 Badezimmer (Duschen in beiden).
- Fußbodenheizung für jeden Raum und für die gesamte Wohnung.
- Voll ausgestattete Küche (einschließlich Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler).
- Zugang zur Dachterrasse.
Da 2 Personen ausziehen, können Sie auch die neuen Mieter auswählen oder einen Freund/Partner mitbringen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass es wünschenswert ist, dass Sie als neuer Hauptmieter übernehmen, da ab dem 15.06. ein neuer benötigt wird.

We are offering 2 rooms in a beautiful apartment located in the center of Darmstadt (2 minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof). two people are moving out (including myself) because of work-related responsibilities.
The 2 rooms are as follows:
- 12 m2 for 400€ warm-rent.
- 14 m2 for 410€ warm-rent (Hauptmieter).
The flat is modern and equipped with:
- 2 bathrooms (showers in both).
- Floor heating for every room and for the entire apartment.
- Fully equipped kitchen (including fridge and dishwasher).
- Access to roof terrace.
Since 2 people are moving out, you also get to choose the new tenants or bring a friend/partner.
Please note that it is desirable that you take over as new Hauptmieter because a new one is needed starting on the 15/06.
