1 room is available and some furniture can be taken over.
The room face east and have plenty of light in the morning.
The room is the biggest in the house.
The apartment has three rooms, a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The house also has a small garden in the front where you can chill in the summer or do sports.
There is another flat upstairs with whom we share a laundry room in the basement. Sometimes we hang out together, have dinner or play some games.
The bigger room is around 445 per month (costs covered and might get back part of it).
The costs will be discussed before signing the contract.
Note: we might need a kettle and toaster as the current tenant might take them with her.
The house is located at a 3 minutes walk to the forest, 10 minutes walk to the main train station and 10 minutes by bike to the city center.
There is a phrmacy and doctor next to the flat and supermarkets are walk and bike distance.
There is a bus stop at 1 minute from the flat.
Laura is working on a startup, she is still learning German so the main language in the flat is English for now. She works at her office all day during the week so the flat is very quiet during the day.
Rafaela is a student at TU Darmstadt, speaks English mainly but also speaks some German. She works from home sometimes and goes to university.
We sometimes hang out during dinner time, eat and cook together.
There's not a lot of shelf space in the kitchen so we share all the food and groceries and we are all vegan.
Laura and Rafaela are both vegan so the meals cooked together are usually vegan but you don't need to be vegan in the flat if you don't want to.
