WG-Zimmer in ruhiger Lage zur Zwischenmiete

Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Lage an einer kaum befahrenen Anliegerstraße, allerdings in der Nähe zum Nordbahnhof, daher hört man ab und an leise Zuggeräusche (sehr dezent). Parkmöglichkeiten sind problemlos in Laufnähe zu finden,oft auch direkt vor dem Haus. Zur Innenstadt sind es mit dem Fahrrad oder Straßenbahn etwa 10 Minuten, die Anbindung an Frankfurt, Aschaffenburg, Odenwald, Wiesbaden etc. ist über den Nordbahnhof (fußläufig in etwa 4 Minuten) sehr gut. Weitere positive Merkmale zur Lage sind die Nähe zum Bürgerpark Nord mit zahlreichen Outdoorsport-Anlagen und dem Nordbad. Für Einkäufe erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad Rewe-Center und Aldi in 5-10 Minuten. Die Internetausstattung hat eine Geschwindigkeit von 16 Mbit. Insgesamt bietet es eine strategische Lage zu vielen anderen Orten und ist gleichzeitig gemütlich zum Leben.

The apartment is in a quiet location on a rarely traveled residential street, but close to the North Train Station, so you can hear the occasional quiet train noise (very subtle). Parking is easy to find within walking distance, often directly in front of the house. Es handelt sich um einer 3er WG, Deine Mitbewohner wären ein Berufstätiger und ein Student. Jeder hat genug Raum für sich und es ist auch in der WG relativ ruhig.

Als Erasmus-Student verlasse ich diese friedliche und förderliche WG für mein zweites Studienjahr. Die WG gibt mir eine gute ruhige Atmosphäre zum Lernen oder wenn man mehr Privatsphäre braucht. Es hat auch einen guten Luftstrom, wenn Sie die Fenster öffnen. Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Zusammenleben hier zufrieden.

It is a 3-person flat share, your roommates would be a working person and a master's student. Everyone has enough space for themselves and it is also relatively quiet in the flat share.

As an Erasmus student, I will leave this peaceful and conducive WG for my second year university. The WG gives me good quiet atmosphere for studying or if you need more privacy. It has good airflow when you open the windows too. Overall, I am satisfied in living here together.

Die Gemeinschaftsküche verfügt über eine komplette Einrichtung, vom Ofen bis zum Backen/Grillen, Pfannen, Geschirr, Gläser, Besteck und anderes Besteck. Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und Mikrowelle sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Badezimmer hält eine Badewanne, Dusche, Waschbecken, Toilette und weitere Putzutensilien bereit. Sie haben auch Zugang zu Waschmaschine, Trockner und Kleiderbügel.

Das Zimmer steht vom 12.09.2022 bis zum 31.12.2022 zur Zwischenmiete zur Verfügung. Da die Wohnung anschließend vom Vermieter renoviert wird, müssen Sie keinen Ersatzuntermieter suchen. Bei Interesse oder weiteren Fragen melde dich per PN.

The shared kitchen has complete facility, from oven to bake/grill, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils and other cutleries. Fridge, freezer and microwave are also provided. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink, toilet and other cleaning utensils ready as well. You will also have access to washing machine, dryer and clothes hanger too.
