Nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof:
Bushaltestelle Kasinostraße und Kirschenalle (10 min zu Fuß). in der nähe ist der Türkische Nazar Centermit einem Restaurant/Döner/Bäckerei/Fischhändler/Supermarkt und Friseur (5min zu Fuß), das 23 h geöffnet hat. Zum Einkaufen gibts den REWE am HBF (auch Sonntags offen) und ein bisschen weiter den REWE auf der Palaswiesenstraße mit Penny, Netto, Teegut und Burger King (mit dem Fahrrad 5 min). Darmstadt Zentrum ist zu Fuß in 20 min zu erreichen. Das Industriegebiet ist auch nicht weit weg, mit weiteren Supermarkts und auch ein paar Baumärkten.

Not far from the main station.
Bus stop Kasinostraße and Kirschenalle (10 min walk). Nearby is the tükisch Nazar Center with a restaurant/kebab/baker/fisch trade/supermarket and barber (5 min walk), which is open 23h. For shopping there is a REWE at the HBF (open on sundays) and a little further is a REWE of Pallaswiesenstraße, with Penny, Netto, Tegut and Burger King (by bike 5 min). Darmstadt center can be reached on foot in about 20 min. The industrial area with other supermarkets and hardware stores is also not far away.
Wir suchen nach einem zuverlässigem und vertrauenswürdigen Mitbewohner,
zu dem Sauberkeit kein Fremdwort ist und der sich an einen Putzplan halten kann.
An sich sind wir ein sehr entspannte WG, die respektvoll miteinander umgehen. Wenn wir reden wollen, reden wir, wenn nicht, wird dich jeder in ruhe lassen.
Wir beide sind Studenten Laszlo & Nischay . Justin Arbeitet im REWE. Laszlo schreibt seine Bachelor Thesis. Nischay macht sein Master. Also ist jeden Tag WG Party nicht auf der Tagesordnung.
Nichtsdestotrotz spricht nichts gegen sich mal zusammen zu setzten oder gemeinsam wie auch getrennt mal eine Party zu haben, da wir recht gesellig sind.
Wie du in den Bildern sehen kannst, haben wir eine große Küche, wo wir schöne zeit miteinander verbringen können und dich hoffentlich besser kennen lernen werden.

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy flatmate,
to whom cleanliness is not a foreign word and who is able to follow a mutually agreed cleaning schedule.
In itself, we are a very relaxed, harmonious WG, which treats each other respectfully. If we feel like chatting, we chat, if not, everyone will leave you in peace.
We both are students Laszlo & Nishchay. Justin is working in REWE. Laszlo is writing his bachelor thesis. Nishchay is doing his masters. Every day WG party would therefore not be the order of the day.
Nevertheless, there is nothing against sitting together or having a party together or seperatly every now and then, as we are quite sociable.
The area here is very relaxed as far as disturbing the peace is concerned.
Like you can see in the pictures, we have a big kitchen, where we spend nice time together and where we will hopefully get to know you.
Highlights der Wohnung:
-großer Keller, Abstellkammer, Fahhradstellplätze im Innenhof, elektrische Rollos, hohe Decken, vollkommen ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Sehr praktisch sind die beiden Toiletten, die separat von der sehr großen Dusche sind.
Die Nachbarn sind meißtens Stdundenten und wir haben eine Whatsappgruppe mit dem ganzen Haus.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und gechillt. Zudem Repariert er fast alles selbst kurzfristig.

Highlights of the apartment:
-large cellar, storage room, bicycle storage in the yard, electric shutters, high ceilings, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine and dishwasher.
Very practical are also the two toilets and separately from them the huge shower cabin.
Neigboors are mostly students and we also have a whatsapp group with the whole house.
The Landlord ist very friendly and chill. He also repairs the most stuff himself in short notice.
