Looking for a new tenant for a 2-person shared flat in the city center in a student residence.
Since I'm moving to a different city for work I am looking for a new tenant for my room from October 1, 2022.
The landlord is bauverein AG.
The room is located on the ground floor of the building.The kitchen/bathroom is shared with another roommate and is accessible via separate doors from each room. The room entrances are separate.. There are big windows directed at the street. The kitchen is fully equipped and contains enough storage space which is shared with the other roommate.
The basement consists of a cycle parking space, laundry room and a cellar.
Fiber optic connection to the university network is included.
The warm rent for the room is €438 and the deposit is €500. There is a possibility that the rent could be increased starting from October. This will be decided by bauverein AG.
The room is originally offered unfurnished. I would like to leave behind the furniture(bed, study table, wardrobe, chairs, table etc.) which can be taken over for a price of €500. This is negotiable but I would prefer if you would be willing to take over most the furniture.
The apartment is in an ideal location close to the center of Darmstadt. It is possible to reach Luisenplatz and Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof in 10 minutes by foot. Darmstadt Rhein-/Neckarstraße and Berliner Alle stops are only a few minutes away by foot.
I am currently the only person living in the shared apartment. My previous roommate moved out in June. While it is designed to be a purpose-based student flat share, it is possible to do something together with your new future roommate. In order to make flat-sharing life as pleasant as possible for everyone, cleanliness and order should ideally not be foreign words to you.
For each tenant there is an individual rental contract per room, which is concluded with bauverein AG. Since the room is rented out to students, you must be enrolled at the university.
