The room will contain the shown bed, a shelf and a clothes rail. There is a fully equiped kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine. A garden shared by the house is also available.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Staatstheater.
Ungefähr 10min zu Fuß vom Luisenplatz entfernt.
The appartment is centrally located. About 10min by foot to the Luisenplatz.
Es bestehen keine Erwartungen an das WG-Leben. Gerne einen ruhigen Mitbewohner mit dem man ein gemütliches Zusammenleben pflegen kann. Auf einen entspannten Putzplan können wir uns dann einigen.
Ich selbst arbeite als Programmierer und studiere an der TU Darmstadt.
