The apartment is very conveniently located in the center of Darmstadt: on Mathildenplatz and a few minutes walk from city center and Herrngarten.
The flat is calm and luminous, located on the 2nd floor of a building with your room overlooking the courtyard.
Main assets are a big kitchen (fully equipped including dishwasher), a balcony with tables and chairs for spring/ summer days and a nice living room, where we shared evenings watching TV or doing yoga.
The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is equipped.
By joining our flat share, you will live with Melina and Jodie, 2 graduates working at Merck. We have lived together for 6 months and get along very well, usually cooking and/ or eating together.
We are looking for someone looking for a long-term accommodation and who we could get along equally good to preserve the good atmosphere we have.
We are open to either a boy or a girl, preferably working, open-minded and eco-conscious.
Speaking english is a must as Jodie's german is limited.
Moving date is flexible (from Nov 15th as sublet in another room to end of January).

FYI, the rent is 452€, to which we are currently paying an additional 72€ a month for electricity, gaz and internet
