Zu den Möbeln:
Es ist keine Abschlagssumme notwendig. Die Möbel bleiben im Besitz des Vermieters. Einzelne Möbel können bei Bedarf mit eigenen Möbeln ausgetauscht werden. Beim Auszug ist das Zimmer jedoch wieder so wie auf den Bildern herzurichten.

About the furniture:
No down payment is necessary. The furniture remains in the possession of the landlord. Individual pieces of furniture can be exchanged with your own furniture if necessary. When moving out, however, the room is to be prepared again as shown in the pictures.
