22sqm Big Room 🏠 - View of Frankfurt Skyline 🌆 - Martinsviertel 💯

Eine WG im besten Darmstädter Stadtteil Martinsviertel. Ein sehr großes Zimmer mit einer tollen Aussicht. Zwei nette Mitbewohner, die beide großartige Köche sind 😍 Die Vermieterin bevorzugt Frauen, aber wir sind mit jedem einverstanden.

Das Zimmer 🛏
Sehr großes Zimmer, 4,90 cm x 4,45 cm, 22 m². Mit hoher Decke, 2,50 cm. Holzboden, der wirklich cool aussieht. Unmöbliert. Ein Abschlag in höhe von 150 € (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, und Kleinkram für die Küche) wäre an mich zu zahlen. Strom, Heizung, Internet und Rundfunk kosten ca. 60€.

Die Lage 📍
Es liegt im Martinsviertel mit vielen Bars, Kneipen und Gourmetrestaurants in der Nähe. Es ist wirklich nah am Stadtzentrum. Bushaltestelle 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Rewe 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Aldi 9 Minuten zu Fuß. Direkt gegenüber liegt der Börgerpark mit vielen kleinen Seen, Laufbahnen, Basketballplätzen und Grünflächen. Das Hauptgebäude der TU Darmstadt ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Universität, Herrngarten und Innenstadt sind mit dem Fahrrad noch schneller zu erreichen über die fahrradvorrangige Pankratiusstraße, die den Rhönring mit der Hochschulstraße verbindet.

Die Mitbewohner 👬
Du wirst bei Haris und Linus wohnen. Sie sind sehr aufgeschlossene und interessante Menschen und sie sind beide großartige Köche! Wir haben einen Tisch in der Küche, an dem wir manchmal zusammen zu Abend essen und uns unterhalten. Haris arbeitet Vollzeit und Linus ist Student. Sie sind beide Teil der Lgbtq+ Community und würden jemanden bevorzugen, der zu ihnen passt und offen ist, was das Thema angeht.

Die Aussicht 🌆
Das Gebäude ist höher als das davor, so dass Sie beim Aufwachen von der Aussicht auf den Himmel und die Bäume begrüßt werden. Vom Fenster aus sieht man den Bürgerpark, die Waldspirale und die Frankfurter Skyline (besonders toll, wenn in der Ferne ein Feuerwerk brennt). Da es keine Hindernisse gibt, ist der Raum immer hell.

A shared flat in the best district of Darmstadt, Martinsviertel. A very big room with an awesome view. Two lovely flatmates which are both great cook 😍 The landlady prefers women, but we're fine with everyone.

The Room 🛏
Very big room, 4.90cm x 4.45cm, 22sqm. With high ceiling, 2.50cm. Wooden floor that looks really cool. Unfurnished. Payment of 150€ for the washing machine, dish washer and small stuff for the kitchen. Electricity, heating, internet and radio tax costs approximately 60€.

The Location 📍
It is in Martinsviertel which has many bars, pubs and gourmet restaurants nearby. It is really close to the city center. Bus station 2 mins by walk. Rewe 5 mins by walk. Aldi 9 mins by walk. Bürgerpark is right across the street which has many small lakes, running tracks, basketball courts and green places. TU Darmstadt main building is 10 mins by walk. University, Herrngarten and city center is even faster to reach by bicycle with the bicycle prioritised street Pankratiusstraße which connects Rhönring to Hochschulstraße.

The Flatmates 👬
You will live with Haris and Linus. They are very open minded and interesting people and they are both great cooks! We have a table in the kitchen which we sometimes use to eat dinner together and chat. Haris is working fulltime and Linus is student. They are both part of the Lgbtq+ community and would prefer someone who fits in and who is open minded about it.

The View 🌆
The building is higher than the one in front of it so when you wake up you are welcomed by the view of the sky and the trees. You can see the Bürgerpark, Waldspirale and the Frankfurt skyline from the window (especially awesome when there are fireworks in the distance). Because there is no obstruction, the room is always bright.
