Das Zimmer ist klein, verwinkelt und direkt unter dem Dach. Sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter schön warm.
Es ist möbliert. Einen kleinen Teil der Möbel werde ich wohl mitnehmen, müsste man sich mal drüber unterhalten was da bleiben soll und was nicht. Auch wie hoch ggf. die Abschlagzahlung dann ist (30-90Euro) Zum Haus gehören zwei Autostellplätze. Einer davon würde mit meinem Auszug frei werden.

It's privat and two parking lots belong to the flat.
Die Wg liegt fußläufig 10-15 Minuten vom Dieburger Medien Campus entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle Friedhof vom 671 nach Darmstadt is 7 Minuten entfernt. 20 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Dieburger Bahnhof. Ein Fahrrad macht vieles leichter. Einkaufen kann man im Kaufland, den man über einen Feldweg schnell erreicht hat oder im Edeka am Campus.
Die Wg befindet sich in einer Doppelhaushälfte und hat alles was man so braucht. Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Couches, Zwei Bäder, Gästetoilette, Keller, Waschmaschine, Terasse, hilfsbereite Mitbewohner.
Almost everything you can reach with a max.15 minutes walk. A bicyle makes a lot of things easier. The Flat has everything you need. Livingroom with table and couches, two bathrooms, guest-wc, basement, washing machine, terrace, friendly flatmates...
Da es sich in Dieburg um den hda Mediencampus handelt, haben fast alle Mitbwohner einen Filme und Games bezogenen Background. Zusammen werden Blockbuster in OV gesehen oder es wird gezockt. Auch wird hin und wieder zusammen gekocht und gegessen, kleinere Ausflüge in benachbarte Wgs oder nach Darmstadt gehören auch zum Wg Alltag. Wegen einer deiner zukünftigen Mitbwohnern und auch wegen des internationalen Besuchs der hin und wieder mal vorbei schaut solltest du dich gut auf Englisch unterhalten können.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbwohner sind zwischen 20 und 30 Jahre alt.
Die Wg formiert sich jedoch in den nächsten Monaten neu, bis auf Max werden alle Deine Mitbewohner gerade frisch eingezogen sein oder kurze Zeit später nach Dir dazu kommen.
Foreign students are welcome. Because of one of your future flatemates and our international visitors the people in the flat are talking english most of the time. All flatmembers have a film or game related background, so nerdy get togethers are main part of the daily life in the flat. Some times the flat cooks together or visits other flats in Dieburg.
Most of the people will leave the house soon, so except Max everybody will be new like you.
