Bei dem Zimmer handelt es sich um ein großes 19m² Zimmer mit einem großen Fenster nach Norden und einem kleineren nach Westen. Das Zimmer ist relativ quadratisch und möbliert. Da ich nur für einige Monate weg bin würde ich evtl. gerne einige Gegenstände wie z.B. Bücher im Zimmer lassen. Was und wie viel genau habe ich noch nicht geplant und kann natürlich genauer besprochen werden. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Einzelbett, mit Stauraum darunter, einem großen 5x4 Fächer Regal von Ikea, einem Schreibtisch, einem Bücherregal, einer Kleiderstange und einem Sessel.
Die Wohnung liegt in Erdgeschoss und verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Außerdem gibt es eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.
Das Bad verfügt über ein Waschbecken, eine Toilette und eine Duschbadewanne.
Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung ein Parkplatz, den wir nur selten benutzen, falls du also mit dem Auto kommen würdest könntest du es hier abstellen.

The room is a large 19m² room with a large window to the north and a smaller one to the west. The room is relatively square and furnished. As I will only be away for a few months, I would like to leave some items such as books in the room. I have not yet planned exactly what and how much I leave and it will of course be discussed in more detail. The room is fully furnished with a single bed with storage space underneath, a large 5x4 shelving unit from Ikea, a desk, a bookshelf, a clothes rail and an armchair.
The flat is on the ground floor and has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.
The bathroom has a washbasin, a toilet and a shower bath.
The flat also has a parking space, which we rarely use, so if you come by car you can park it there.

Die Wohnung liegt in Darmstadt-Eberstadt, welches ein begehrtes Stadtviertel von Darmstadt ist mit sehr guter Anbindung in die Innenstadt. In 3 min ist man an der Haltestelle „Modaubrücke“ wo Straßenbahnen nach Darmstadt und Alsbach fahren, sowie Busse nach Pfungstadt. Die Fahrt in die Stadtmitte von Darmstadt dauert ca. 15-20 min und die Straßenbahnen fahren ca. alle 5 min unter der Woche und alle 15 min am Wochenende. Im direkten Umfeld der Haltestelle befinden sich außerdem eine Eisdiele, ein Bäcker und ein Rewe. Außerdem wird zur Zeit ein Edeka eingerichtet, welcher ca. 5 min von der Wohnung entfernt ist.
Nach ca. 15 min Fußweg an der Modau entlang kommt man in den Wald wo es wunderbare Möglichkeiten zum Spazierengehen und Entspannen gibt.

The flat is located in Darmstadt-Eberstadt, which is a sought-after district of Darmstadt with very good connections to the city centre. In 3 minutes you are at the stop "Modaubrücke" where trams go to Darmstadt and Alsbach, as well as buses to Pfungstadt. The journey to the city centre of Darmstadt takes approx. 15-20 minutes and the trams run approx. every 5 minutes during the week and every 15 minutes on weekends. There is also an ice cream parlour, a bakery and a Rewe supermarket in the immediate vicinity of the stop. An Edeka supermarket is also currently being set up, which is approx. 5 minutes away from the flat.
A 15-minute walk along the Modau takes you into the forest, where there are wonderful opportunities for walking and relaxing.

Du würdest mit Daniel (26) und Linnea (26) zusammen wohnen. Daniel arbeitet als Programmierer und ITler und Linnea schließt gerade ihren Master in Mechatronik ab.
Im Alltag geht meist jeder seinen eigenen Beschäftigungen nach. Trotzdem sind wir immer für einen Plausch in der Küche zu haben und bei Interesse vielleicht auch für gemeinsames Kochen oder andere Unternehmungen.

You would be living with Daniel (26) and Linnea (26). Daniel works as a programmer and IT specialist and Linnea is currently completing her Master's degree in mechatronics.
In everyday life, everyone usually pursues their own activities. Nevertheless, we're always up for a chat in the kitchen and, if you're interested, we might even cook or do other things together.

Ich absolviere in der ersten Jahreshälfte von 2024 ein Auslandssemester und suche deshalb eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für den Zeitraum Mitte Februar bis Ende Juli (also für ca. 5,5 Monate). Du kannst das Zimmer auch für einen etwas kürzeren Zeitraum mieten, allerdings jedoch bitte mindestens für 4 Monate.
Bitte schreib mir in deiner Nachricht was dein Lieblingsfilm ist, damit ich weiss das du die Beschreibung gelesen hast.
