Diese kleine, aber gemuetliche, Wohnung mit eigen Dusche und Toilette.Liegt in der Mitte von
Eberstadt Naehe Modaubruecke (Haltestelle), es besteht eine sehr gute Anbindung an die Strassenbahnen(1/7/8/6) nach Darmstadt, fuer die die Strassenbahn 10-15 Minuten braucht, auch Fahrradfahren ist dank gut ausgebauter Fahrradwege kein Problem. Um die Ecke keine Minute entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt, eine Bank mit EC Automat, Apotheke
und drei Restaurants wie etwa das Antik Lokales. Man teilt sich die Kueche auf einem Flur mit vier weiteren Mietern, es gibt einen sehr grossen Garten hinter am Haus samt Veranda, vor allem im Fruehling. Der Vermieter möchte leider primär Studenten als Nachmieter haben, da habe ich auch keinen weiteren Einfluß darauf.
