die ist großes Zimmer (18m). Es ist sehr hell und man hat wirklich viel Platz, Bei Interesse hätte ich sogar ein Bett (140cm breit) abzugeben sowie einen Kleiderschrank.
Ich wohnen in einer sehr netten Wohngegend Die Haltestelle liegt direkt um die Ecke und auch der Bahnhof ist in 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls mehr als genug vorhanden.Durch die ruhige Lage im Hinterhaus lässt es sich im Sommer ohne Probleme bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
Ich bin ein geselliger Mensch und finde alleine wohnen total langweilig. Aus diesem Grund bin ich auch nicht an einer Zweck WG interessiert, sondern es wäre schön, wenn man gelegentlich mal gemeinsam etwas unternimmt, z.B. Grillen, Kochen, Weggehen, Wein oder Bier trinken, Sport, usw. Natürlich hat auch jeder ein Recht auf seine Privatsphäre. Ansonsten solltest Du ungefähr in dem gleichen Alter und ebenfalls bereits berufstätig sein.
Im Keller ist wenig Platz, im Fahrradkeller kann aber gut ein Fahrrad abgestellt werden. Bin jeder Zeit zu erreichen, am besten per Email und wäre auch flexibel mit Besichtigungsterminen.
