Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine große Küche. Außerdem ein Kellerabteil und eine wunderschöne Terasse. Wenn du willst, kannst du auch den Garten mitbenutzen.

The flat has two rooms, a bathroom and a big kitchen as well as a basement compartment and a beautiful terrace. If you want to, you can also use the garden.
Die Wohnung ist im Zentrum von Griesheim, einer etwas kleineren Stadt neben Darmstadt. Mit der Straßenbahn bist du trotzdem in 10min am Darmstädter Hauptbahnhof und bei ESA/ESOK. In die Innenstadt dauert es nur 15Minuten. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 50m entfernt. In max. 5min Laufentfernung befinden sich außerdem Bäcker, Supermarkt, Kiosk, Dönerladen, ...

The flat is in the centre of a smaller town next to Darmstadt. It's right next to the tram station and by tram it takes you only 10 minutes to the main station in Darmstadt as well as to ESA/ESOK. To the centre it's 15 minutes. A bakery, supermarket, kiosk, and restaurants are just 2-5min by foot.

Meine 2 Katzen und ich suchen nach einem neuen Mitbewohner.
Ich bin 25 Jahre alt und bin im letzten Jahr meiner Schauspielausbildung in Mainz. Ich bin ziemlich sauber und ordentlich. Ich mag Unterhaltungen, lange Spaziergänge und gemütliche Abende auf der Terasse, gerne mit gutem Wein oder Bier und selbstgekochtem Essen.
Die 2 Katzen, die ihre meißte Zeit draußen verbringen (es ist wunderbar eine Katzenklappe zu haben ;) ), sind absolut stubenrein, super süß und haben noch nie irgendwas zerstört. Echte Vorzeigekatzen sozusagen.
