We are looking for a temporary flatmate with a fixed contract of 3 months (with the possibility to extend)
Hello everyone
On the 15th of September a room will be available in our shared flat in the beautiful Martinsviertel, as Panagiotis is going to travel for the next few months
The room is about 12qm2 large, it is facing the quiet side of the garden with a big window, and has a great view of the sunset. The room will be already furnished (Bed with mattress, a desk and a wardrobe).
The apartment is very centrally located, on the edge of the Martinsviertel, almost the middle.
- 2 min walk to the TU city center
- bus stop Alexanderstraße / TU directly in front of the door
- 10 min to college with the H or F - bus
- Penny and Rewe around the corner
- 6 min walk to the city center or the Herrngarten
- the Mathildenhöhe is in the immediate vicinity

WG-life
Your future roommates are Pier (25), Chris (21) and Nico (21).
Pier from Italy studies in the TU. Chris is from Ecuador and will probably start his medical studies in the coming winter semester. Nico, also from Ecuador, is studying architecture at the Hda.
Pier and Nico both work as route setters in the Boulderhaus Darmstadt. At home, we like to cook together (mainly vegetarian), watch movies, chill in our wintergarden with music and sometimes jamming or if the weather is good we drive on the weekend to boulder or climb out to the rock. Chris has been making Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for years, and I'm sure he'll be ready to share one or two advanced sweatbox gimmicks with you.
We are a sociable bunch and by no means a purpose-WG. An open, honest communication is very important to us and we are looking for an open-minded person who would like to participate in our shared life. However, of course, it is also taken into account when someone likes to be alone. We all need our time for ourselves and respect it.
Of course, we would be very happy to find someone who shares our love of climbing or bouldering. ;)
In the basement of our house is an underground parking. We have not rented a parking space ourselves, but the possibility exists.
We have a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher!), A huge living room and the highlight of our apartment is the small winter garden, which is the perfect spot to chill especially in summer.
In addition, we have both a bathroom and a guest toilet. So we never get in the way in the morning.
Our hall is equipped with a mini training area, to whose use we like to be motivated! ;)
We do not support any forms of racism, sexism or homophobia etc. in our flat. It would be nice if you already have WG experience and you also are familiar with a cleaning plan, as we value cleanliness!
To filter a little but the bunch, we prefer people who have really read our ad, please write us with "Ai Gude" as a greeting, as a small code and write a little something about you, so we can get a better picture in advance! :)
