In dieser WG, die sich im ersten Stock eines Altbaus befindet (sehr gut renoviert), wohne ich zur Zeit mit meinem Mitbewohner (28 Jahre alt). In dem Haus befinden sich eine weitere Partei. Es sind sehr freundliche Nachbarn und es ist dementsprechend ruhig und entspannt.
Die Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz, man verläuft sich aber auch nicht. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Einbauküche hat ein Ofen, große Kochplatten und sogar einen Geschirrspüler!
Dein Zimmer hat eine Deckenhöhe von über drei Metern, weswegen es sich angeboten hat ein Hochbett einzubauen. Dadurch gewinnt man zusätzlich ca. 6 m2 Nutzfläche und kann sich auf der unteren Ebene frei entfalten.
Den Betrag von 435€ enthält alle Kosten: Miete, Nebenkosten, Strom, Heizung, Internet und GEZ.
The appartment is located on the first floor of a renovated old building with two other appartments. The neighbours are really nice, which is why the atmosphere in the bulding is always quiet and relaxed. The appartment offers enough space, the kitchen is very big and is equipped with an oven, cooking plate and even a dishwasher. The ceilings, as in many old appartments in Darmstadt, are more than three meters high, which makes it appear really spacious. Because of this, a “high loft bed” was built in my room. Thanks to this high bed construction (that creates approx. extra 6 m2 in the room) there is quite some free space below, so you can furnish the room much more easily and win some space for your creativity ;-)In the amount of 435€ are all costs included: rent and additional costs, electricity, heating, internet and GEZ!
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, 64293 Darmstadt – Johannesviertel. Im Hinterhof gibt es einen schönen Garten, in dem man sich entspannen und z.B. auch grillen kann.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend: Tegut, Rewe, Penny sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Umkreis von 200 m findet man außerdem Bäcker, Restaurants, Bars, etc.
Zu Fuß braucht man höchstens 10 Minuten bis ins Zentrum. Den Herrngarten erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten.
Es gibt eine gute Bus- und Straßenbahnanbindung (ca. 5 min).
The location is very central, 64293 Darmstadt – Johannesviertel, which, interestingly enough, does not prevent you from a relaxing walk in Hernngarten or even to make a barbecue in our small garden in the back of the building.
Great shopping facilities are just around the corner. You can reach Tegut, Rewe, Penny in around 5 Minutes walking. Also in the very near of the flat you can find a bakery, restaurants , bars, etc.
With less than 10 minutes walking, you can reach the city center (Luisenplatz). Also Herrngarten is only 5 minutes by walk.
Bus and train connections are also just available by foot in less than 5 minutes.
Da mein Mitbewohner bald die Wohnung verlässt, suche ich (Jon) einen Nachmieter/in für sein Zimmer. Ich bin 22 und habe letztes Jahr mein Int. BWL Studium abgeschlossen und arbeite momentan Vollzeit als Project Manager.
Mit meinen Mitbewohnern war das WG-Leben immer sehr angenehmen. Wir haben regelmäßig was zusammen unternommen und oft gekocht, ein Bierchen getrunken oder Filme zusammengeschaut. Es wäre nett, wenn das der Fall auch bei dem neuen Mitbewohner wäre und er/sie nicht nur einen Zweck-WG sucht.
Bevorzugt wird einen Mitbewohner/in gesucht, der berufstätig oder am Ende seines Studiums ist. Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf die Sauberkeit der WG weshalb hier regelmäßig geputzt und aufgeräumt werden muss.

Since my current roommate is leaving the appartment, I (Jon) am looking for a new tenant for his room. I am 22 and just finished my international business studies in Mannheim and started working as a project manager.
The life together with my previous roommates was always very nice. We regularly did things together, such as cooking, going out for drinks with our respective friends or watching movies. It would be nice if it were the same case with the new tenant.
I'd prefer tenants that are either working or at the end phase of their studies. In our appartment cleanliness and order is very important.
I am very much looking forward to your responses!!
Einige Möbel und Geräte wurden gemeinsam für die WG angeschafft:
Mikrowelle, Toaster, Küchenschrank, Esstisch, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Bügeleisen, Küchen- und Badezubehör usw.
Diese sind zusammen mit dem Hochbett gegen einen Abschlag von 400€ zu übernehmen.
Some furniture and devices were bought in common for the WG: microwave, toaster, kitchen closet, dining table, washing machine, fridge, kitchen and toilet apparel, steam iron, etc.
These together with the high loft bed must be bought by the new tenant for 400€.
