Hello dear prospect,
A small but nice room (14sqm) in the Johannesviertel is looking for a nice resident from May.
The room is in an old building and therefore has high ceilings (with which you can let your creativity run free when setting up),
The shared flat is on the 2nd floor. & has three rooms, next door is the large living room with a fireplace where you can spend cozy evenings. Otherwise, the room is simply waiting for you to view it and later to be lovingly furnished according to your wishes.
The house is centrally located in Darmstadt, on the outer edge of the Johannesviertel in a 30 zone.
It is a 5-minute walk to the next tram / bus stop. From there you can quickly get to Luisenplatz or Hauptbahnhof. It is a 15-minute walk to Luisenplatz and 20 minutes to the main station. Several supermarkets as well as a Turkish restaurant & bakery, which are open 11pm, are in the immediate vicinity.
Interesting information for car owners: Opposite the house is a parking lot where you can always find a vacant space.

Most recently, my roommate and I shared the apartment. Now, however, she takes off and now it's up to you.
Until March we were a working flat share. Your new roommate has been studying again since April (social work at the Evangelische Hochschule in Darmstadt).
I am 34 years old and have lived in Darmstadt since 2014. I like sports, music, baking, cooking, traveling, reading and a lot more.
I would describe myself as a relaxed, open, tolerant, spontaneous & humble person :)
If you have similar characteristics in some cases, that's not to bad.
Otherwise, you are welcome to be interested in a harmonious, orderly & cordial coexistence.
Grilling in the garden or chilling out together in the living room or kitchen are part of life.
As for pets, "small animals" are probably allowed by the landlord.

Covid 19 makes life a little complicated. Flexibility is therefore required. If you want, you can come by personally and get to know the apartment, me & the room. We can also make viewing appointments virtually via a video conference.
