Hallo! Leider zieht unsere Mitbewohnerin aus und wir suchen jetzt für ihr Zimmer eine neue Mitbewohnerin! Das Zimmer is ungefähr 13qm groß mit einem großen Fenster und genug Platz für die Möbel. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Hello, unfortunately our flatmate is moving out and we are now looking for a new flatmate for her room! The room is about 13 sqm with a big window and enough space for furniture. The room is rented unfurnished.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Lincoln Siedlung. Wir sind alle Studenten, die hier wohnen. In der nähe ist ein Wald und 10 Minuten zu Fuß findet man auch die Ludwigshöhe :) Bahnhaltestelle (Landskronstrasse, Lincoln-Sniedlung) (1,6,7,8) und Bushaltestelle (R) ist 5-6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
The flat is located in Lincoln Siedlung. We are all students who live here. There is a forest nearby and the Ludwigshöhe is a 10-minute walk away :) Train stop (Landskronstrasse, Lincoln-Sniedlung) (1,6,7,8) and bus stop (R) is 5-6 minutes walk away.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer, einem schönen Balkon und einer Küche mit ausreichend Platz und natürlich ein Bad.
Durch corona sind wir wie eine Familie geworden. Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und wir sind nah beieinander und füreinander da, wann immer es nötig ist. Im Sommer gehen wir gerne zusammen aus oder sitzen einfach nur auf dem Balkon und genießen ein paar Bierchen zusammen.
Daniele, der Koch in der WG, kommt aus Italien und macht gerade seinen Master an der TU Darmstadt. Er macht gerne Sport und ist ein großer Fan von Bouldern. Er kocht gerne, nicht nur für sich selbst, sondern auch für uns. :)
Neelakshi kommt aus Indien und macht gerade ihren Bachelor an der TU Darmstadt und arbeitet als Erzieherin in einem Kindergarten.
Freddy zieht im Juni ebenfalls in die WG und macht ebenfalls Bachelor an der TU Darmstadt
The flat consists of a big Wohnzimmer, a beautiful balcony and a kitchen with enough space and a bathroom
Through corona we have become like a family. Life in the WG is very relaxed and we are close to each other and there for each other whenever we need to be. In summer we like to go out together or just sit on the balcony and enjoy a few beers together.
Daniele, the cook in the WG, comes from Italy and is currently doing his Master's degree at the TU Darmstadt. He likes doing sports and is a big fan of bouldering. He likes to cook, not only for himself, but also for us. :)
Neelakshi comes from India and is currently doing her Bachelor's degree at TU Darmstadt and works as a kindergarten teacher.
Freddy is also moving into the WG in June and is also doing his bachelor's degree at TU Darmstadt.
Die einzigen zusätzlichen Kosten sind die der GEZ, die alle drei Monate in 4 geteilt wird. Das sind 13 Euro pro Person. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller und kann für 2 Euro pro Wäsche genutzt werden.
The only additional costs are of that of GEZ, which gets divided into 4 every three months. It comes out to be 13 euros per person. The washing machine is in the basement and can be used for 2 euros per wash.
