Unser Mitbewohner zieht aus und wir suchen jemanden für Dezember und Januar. Evtl. könnte es verlängert werden, ist aber nicht sicher. Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm2 groß und hat ein waschbecken. Ein Lattenrost wird im Zimmer bleiben, und ein kleines Schreibtisch kann aber auch gerne weg :)
Sehr gute Lage, in der Nähe des Campus Rotes Feld, Aldi, Dens und Budni 1 Straße entfernt. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum Campus und 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof/u Zentrum.
Wir sind zurzeit gemischt, das heißt Studenten und Arbeiter deswegen sehen wir uns zurzeit nicht so oft. Wir freuen uns abends mal (wenn wir es schaffen) gemeinsam zu kochen oder Filme gucken. Ist aber nicht ein muss.
Zurzeit suchen wir jemanden für Dezember und Januar, evtl länger. Das würden wir persönlich besprechen!
