Hallo, für zwei Zimmer in unserer 3er Studierenden-WG suche ich Untermietende (zeitlich unbegrenzt). Die beiden Zimmer sind auf den Fotos unten gut zu sehen - eines der freien Zimmer hat sogar einen Balkon. Bis auf einen potenziellen Wandschrank sollen die Zimmer unmöbliert übernommen werden. Meldet euch gerne, falls ihr euch die WG mal unverbindlich anschauen wollt! Übrigens: Wir dürfen den Garten in unserem Innenhof nutzen, z.B. zum Grillen, Lesen oder beides gleichzeitig.
Hi there, for two rooms in our 3-person shared student apartment, I am looking for new tenants (unlimited in time). The two rooms are shown in the pictures below - one of the vacant rooms even has a balcony. Except for a potential closet, the rooms are to be taken over unfurnished. Feel free to contact me if you want to take a look at the apartment without obligation. By the way: We are allowed to use the garden in our courtyard, e.g. for barbecuing, reading or even both at the same time.
Die WG liegt im studentischen Martinsviertel und ist damit sehr nah zur TU Darmstadt, zum Herrngarten und der Innenstadt. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten beim Supermarkt. Ein Bus zum Luisenplatz ist zu Fuß gerade mal 2 Minuten entfernt, Straßenbahnen an den Haltestellen Pallaswiesenstraße und Rhönring sind in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es viele gute Cafés, Bars und Bäcker, außerdem ist die beste Pizzeria Darmstadts direkt gegenüber.
The shared flat is located in the Martinsviertel and is therefore very close to TU Darmstadt, the Herrngarten park and the city center. You can walk to the supermarket in 5 minutes. A bus to Luisenplatz is just 2 minutes away on foot, streetcars at the Pallaswiesenstraße and Rhönring stops can be reached in under 10 minutes. There are many good cafes, bars and bakeries nearby, plus the best pizza shop in Darmstadt is right across the street.
Hi, ich bin Sebastian. Da meine Mitbewohner Anfang Oktober umziehen, bin ich auf der Suche nach zwei neuen WG-Mitgliedern. Ich promoviere in Robotik an der TU Darmstadt. Deswegen ist mein Traum eine Doktoranden-WG (ungefähr wie bei The Big Bang Theory), ich bin aber genauso offen für alle anderen lieben Leute! Ich habe in der Regel viel Arbeit, bin beim gelegentlichen WG-Abend aber immer dabei, vor allem wenn es Spaghetti gibt.
Hi, my name is Sebastian. Since my flatmates are moving out at the beginning of October, I am looking for two new ones. I am doing my PhD in robotics at TU Darmstadt.
