ich suche einen netten Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer, da ich ab Mitte August ein Jahr im Ausland verbringen werde.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ca. 79 qm groß und hat eine voll ausgestattete und geräumige Küche (Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle). Die Wohnung wurde erst vor einem halben Jahr von uns neu bezogen und ist in einem super Zustand. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal, man ist in 10min zur Uni (Stadtmitte) gelaufen.
Mein Zimmer ist ca. 16 qm groß. Das Zimmer liegt sehr ruhig, da es nicht an der Straßenseite liegt. Mein Zimmer ist nur möbliert zu vermieten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie einen Tengelmann und eine Bäckerei sind direkt vor der Tür!
