Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und hat einen länglichen Grundriss
Der Boden ist mit hellem Laminat ausgestattet... Die Decke ist ebenfalls mit weißem Holz verkleidet. Die Wände sind weiß und wurden vor ca. 6 Monaten frisch gestrichen. Der Vormieter ist Nichtraucher.
Ansonsten haben wir so ziemlich alles, was man so braucht:
- Herd mit Ofen und Dunstabzugshaube
- Mikrowelle
- 2 Kühlschränke (z.Z ist nur einer in Betrieb)
- Staubsauger
- Geschirr + Besteck ausreichend vorhanden
- Waschmaschine
- superschnelles I-net über TV-Kabel
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer TOP zentralen Lage..
- Uninähe
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke
- Woog zu Fuß erreichbar
Gestalte es einfach mit ;)
