The room has nicely cutted 16m², it is very bright with a big window and
access to the balcony. The balcony is oriented to the east and it is a
perfect place to have a breakfast with the first sunshine, have dinner
with your flatmates or just relax. The room is fully furnitured, we
can negotiate about the price of them. You can see the top of the "Hochzeitsturm" of Mathildenhöhe from the Balcony.
Das 15qm grosse Zimmer ist schön geschnitten, hell mit großen Fenstern und hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Das Zimmer ist nach Osten gerichtet und auf dem Balkon kannst du unter den ersten Sonnenstrahlen frühstücken. Es ist auch super geeignet für Abendessen mit den anderen Mitbewohnern oder einfach zum entspannen. Du siehst den Hochzeitsturm auf der Mathildenhöhe auf dem Balkon.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert über den Preis können wir gerne verhandeln.
It is in the pretty area of Martin viel, has 3/5 mins walking way to the
H and F bus station. They connect you straight with schoss, Luisenplatz(10 min) or HBF(15min).
You have 10 mins walking way to Rewe and Penny for
shopping, the train station of Darmstadt East, Bürgerpark and the University Library are also just 10 minutes away.
Die Wohnung ist im beliebten Martinsviertel und die H Bushaltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die F Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten. Mit den Beiden Bussen bist du innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Stadtmitte ( Schloß/ Luisenplatz) oder auch am Hbf (15min)
Zum Einkaufen hast du einen Bio Supermarkt(5 Minuten), Rewe und Penny (10 Minuten zu Fuß) in der Nähe. Die ULB, Ostbahnhof, Bürgerpark sind auch nur 10 Minuten entfernt.
Right now we are two Students.
The atmosphere at home is great, we are not just people living
together, we are friends. We to spend time together, we like cook and
have dinner together, have a beer on the terrace...
Wir haben eine entspannte Stimmung bei uns zu Hause, wir wohnen nicht einfach nur nebeneinander und möchten keine Zweck WG sein. Wir kochen und essen gerne zusammen.
