ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein Zimmer für ein halbes Jahr - möglicherweise auch für 1 Jahr, das ist aber noch nicht sicher.
Die Wohnung liegt im schönsten Viertel der Stadt – dem Martinsviertel -, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Sie besteht aus einer großen Küche, die uns immer als kleiner Treffpunkt dient, einem Wohnzimmer, einem Tageslichtbad und zwei seperaten Zimmern. Überall in der Wohnung sind die Decken knapp 3 m hoch.
Zum Zimmer: Ich vermiete möbliert mit einem Bett (140cmx200cm), Schrank, Schreibtisch und einem kleinen Schränkchen als Stauraum.

I'm searching for a subtenant for my room for 6 months - maybe even a year but that's not for sure yet.
The apartement is located in the most beautiful part of the city - the Martinsviertel -, it's really bright and spacious. It contains a big kitchen which has always been serving us as a little meeting-point in the flat, a living room, a bathroom with 2 windows and two separated rooms. The ceiling in the whole flat is 3 m high.
Concerning the room: I rent my room out furnished. It has a bed (140cmx200cm), a closet, a desk and a little cupboard.
Die WG liegt im Martinsviertel. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Laufnähe (REWE, Aldi, Tegut), zum Herrengarten sind es auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und die kleinen Cafés außenrum laden immer zum Verweilen an.

The WG is located in the Martinsviertel. Nearby there are a few grocery-shops such as REWE, Aldi and Tegut, the Herrengarten is just a 5 minute walk away and there are quite some small cafés around which makes it a nice place to live.
Wir sind eine entspannte 2-er WG und legen Wert auf ein bisschen Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin (30 Jahre alt, Italienerin mit guten Deutschkenntnissen) ist berufstätig und viel unterwegs. Wenn sie daheim ist, wird gekocht, geredet und entspannt. Es ist KEIN MUSS, dass du auch berufstätig bist, damit du hier reinpasst – ich (die auszieht) bin auch Studentin. Sei offen, hilfsbereit und nett, das ist alles auf das wir wert legen :)

We are a laid-back 2-person WG and value a bit of order and cleanliness. Your future flatmate (30 years old, italian with good knowledge in german and english) is working during the day and is out a lot. When she's home there is a lot of cooking, talking and chilling happening. It's not a must that you are working, too - I (who is renting out the room) am a student as well. Be open-minded, cooperative and friendly, that's all that is important to us :)
