Your room will be fully equiped. On 14m² living space there is a bed, a big closet, a desk with a printer and a screen and you can use my TV of course. Addionally you have 3m² of balcony to chill outside. The room is facing towards the inside of the building complex means it is very quiet and you can see the green garden.
The flat is very well located!
In less than 1min you will reach the next bus station (F-bus) and in approx. 8min you can walk to the train station (Ostbahnhof) which goes to Frankfurt main station.
Nearby there is a big supermarket (Rewe), only a 5min walk, and an organic grocery store next to the flat.
Your flatmate is called Kai, he is studying architecture at the TU Darmstadt. Living together with him is very relaxed. We often cook together or have a beer after a working day.
In our leisure we also do a lot of sports together, for example riding the bikes or playing soccer.
A really cool thing is that there is another room downstairs which we call our chillout room. There you can have some beers with a couple of friends.
The flat will be from March until the end of September.
