Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen größer als 12 m² und hat ein riesiges und ein kleines Fenster Richtung Süden. Es wird ohne Möbel vermietet.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, Flur, Küche, großem Bad und einer kleinen Abstellkammer. Die Wohnung wurde 2011 , das Dach 2020 neu renoviert und liegt im 4.OG unterm Dach.
Die Nachbarn sind nett, wir sind allerdings die einzige WG im Haus und es ist eher ruhig.
Die Kaution ist so hoch um die unberechenbaren Nebenkostensteigerung (Strom) abzudecken.
Die Abrechnung wird natürlich dann vorgelegt.
The room is a little more than 12m² and has a huge and a small south facing window. It is not furnished.
The flat itself contains two rooms, a corridor, a kitchen, a huge bathroom and a small chamber used for cleaning utensiles. The flat was renovated in 2011 and the roof in 2020. It is located in the top floor (5th floor). Neighbours are all nice (most of them old ladys) and the atmosphere is rather quiet.
The deposit is high to buffer the coming increase of electricity costs. You can of course see the bill after I have recieved it.
Die Wohnung liegt im Martinsviertel, somit in einem sehr lebendigen und beliebten Teil der Stadt mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Cafés.
ALDI und REWE liegen 3 Gehminuten entfernt und im Bürgerpark ist man auch sofort (für Sportis). Die Bahnhaltestellen Rhönring (Linie 4,5,6,7,8) und Messplatz (Linie 4,5) und Friedrich-Ebert-Platz (L Bus zur Uni) sind jeweils in weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Zu Fuß braucht man an den Campus TU Stadtmitte etwa 15 min mit dem Fahrrad 5. Das gilt auch für Herrngarten und Luisenplatz.
The flat is located at the nothern border of Martinsviertel, which is a young and lively area with bars, cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets (ALDI and REWE) are reachable in under 3 minutes by walking and 'Bürgerpark' is just around the corner (for sport fans). The next tram stop is called Rhönring (tramlines 4,5,6,7,8), Messplatz (tramline 4,5) or Friedrich-Ebert-Platz (Bus L to Luisenplatz and Lichtwiese). It won't even take you 5 minutes to reach them by foot.
The campus TU Stadtmitte, 'Herrngarten' and 'Luisenplatz' are all 15 minutes away for pedestrians and 5 if you ride a bike.
Deine potentielle Mitbewohnerin ist Lehramtsstudentin (Englisch und Ethik), 29 und mag BJJ und Kraftsport.
Für Kaffee oder Weinchen in der Küche ist sie immer zu haben und backt außerdem extrem gute Zimtschnecken, wenn sie Zeit dafür hat. Am Wochenende ist sie aber öfter unterwegs entweder in Berlin oder in Hannover. Putzplan findet sie super, arbeitet gerade auch in der Gastro (Pizza Mono) und ist meistens erst um 11 Uhr Zuhause.
Your potential new flatmate studies to become a teacher in English and ethics. She is 29 and likes BJJ and weight training. She is always up for a coffee or a wine in the kitchen and bakes amazing cinnamon rolls, when she can find the time. She travels a lot on the weekends either to Berlin or to Hannover, likes an organised plan for cleaning and works at a pizza restaurant (Pizza Mono). Which means she comes home late, often around 11 p.m..
