Bei uns wird zum 15. August ein ca 23qm großes möbliertes Zimmer für 342€ frei, da unsere Mitbewohnerin Leslie ein halbes Jahr nach Riga geht, um dort ihr Auslandsemester zu machen. Das Zimmer wird voraussichtlich bis Ende Januar frei sein, evt. aber auch bis Mitte/Ende April. Die Wg ist direkt in der Innenstadt & man braucht 4 min zum Luisenplatz, von dort fährt dann so ziemlich jede Bahn&Bus. In der Wohnung lebt mit dir Hanna 21, sie studiert Architektur und eine zweite Person, die wir gerade noch suchen. Wir sind keine Zweck WG & wollen das auch nicht werden. 🌞
Leslie hat einen Hund der natürlich in dieser Zeit nicht da sein wird, jedoch lebt er sonst mit ihr in diesem Zimmer. Natürlich putzen wir das Zimmer vorher gründlich, jedoch solltest du besser keine Hundehaar-Allergie haben. :)
On August 15th a 23qm furnished room will be available for 342€ because our roommate Leslie is going to Riga for half a year to do her semester abroad.The room will probably be available until the end of January, but possibly also until the middle of April. The flat is directly in the city centre & it takes 5 min to Luisenplatz, from there almost every train&bus goes. In the apartment lives Hanna 21 she is studying architecture and a second person we are still looking for.
Leslie has a dog who of course will not be there during this time, but he lives with her in this room normally. Of course we clean the room before, but you better not have a dog-hair-allergy. :)
Wir wohnen direkt in Darmstadt-Mitte. Das heißt perfekte Verkehrsanbindungen (man braucht 2-5 min zum Luisenplatz) Das Luisencenter ist direkt vor der Tür, also perfekte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Alles in allem super zentral!
We live directly in Darmstadt-Mitte. That means perfect traffic connections (you need 2-5 min to Luisenplatz). The Luisencenter is directly in front of the door, so you have perfect shopping facilities. All in all super central!
Wir sind eine entspannte 3er-Wg und unternehmen gerne viel miteinander. Wir geben uns Mühe, nachhaltig zu leben und essen vegetarisch/vegan.(ist aber kein Muss) Wir trinken gerne Kaffee zusammen, kochen zusammen oder gehen in eine bar.
Wir haben einen schönen Balkon, wohnen im 2. Stock und verfügen über Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Die ganze Wohnung ist schön sonnig und im Zentrum Darmstadts.
Zu den meisten HDA/TU Gebäuden brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad unter 10 Minuten.
We are a relaxed 3-person flat and enjoy doing a lot of things together. We make an effort to live sustainably and eat vegetarian/vegan food. We enjoy drinking coffee together, cooking or go to a bar
We have a nice balcony, live on the third floor and have a washing machine and dishwasher.
The whole apartment is nice and sunny and in the center of Darmstadt.
To most HDA/TU buildings you need less than 10 minutes by bike.
