Ich habe eine 75 qm große Wohnung in einem älteren Haus, Erdgeschoss, 3 Zi. (Wohnzimmer ist Durchgangszimmer) Küche, Bad und Gäste WC angemietet. Die Wohnung wird im Dezember renoviert, sodass zum 01.01.2014 eingezogen werden kann.
Ich suche eine (viell. auch 2) Mitbewohner. Die Zimmer sind alle ca. 20 qm groß, Eine Küche und das Wohnzimmer und das Bad / Gäaste WC stehen zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Im Sommer kann auch im Hof eine Sitzecke eingerichtet werden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral aber in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse.
An Nebenkosten möchte der Vermieter 100 € pro Person, pro Monat. Es wird durch Zwischenzähler genau abgerechnet, bei normalem Verbrauch wird sich eine Erstattung ergeben.
