Hallo, das Zimmer ist 22 qm groß und hat 3 große Fenster. Zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung steht das Badezimmer mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, das Gäste-WC, die große Wohnküche mit Fernseher und Beamer und der dadurch erreichbare Balkon zur Verfügung. Außerdem gibt es 2 kleine Abstellräume und einen kleinen Kellerraum. Im Hof kann das Fahrrad abgestellt werden. Die Küche verfügt sowohl über Mikrowelle als auch über eine Spülmaschine.
Die Lage ist optimal. In 2 min ist man in der Fußgängerzone. In 5 min am Luisenplatz und in 8 an der TU Stadtmitte. Zum Hauptbahnhof muss man zur Haltestelle Rhein-/Neckarstraße laufen und dann 2 Stationen mit der Straßenbahn fahren. Zur Lichtwiese fahren die Busse K und KU vom Luisenplatz aus. Um die Ecke sind Rewe (im Luisencente), Aldi, Netto, Alnatura und ein Döner ;)
Die WG besteht noch aus einem 20 Jahre alten Azubi (zum Mechatroniker) und einem 23 Jahre alten Mechatronikstudenten. Sie sind beide gesellige und tolerante Mitbewohner, mit denen man abends mal Fußball oder Serien anschaun, ein Bier trinken o.ä. kann. Natürlich wird auch Wert auf die Einhaltung von Privatsphäre gelegt.
