Hallo ihr Lieben,
Ich gebe mein Zimmer zum 1.9. auf, dass sehr schön geschnitten ist. Es hat 25,3 qm, hat vier große Fenster, sodass es immer hell ist. Ansonsten gibt es eine schöne große Küche, in der Spülmaschine, Herd, Waschmaschine und Trockner schon drin sind, ein Bad mit Dusche und eine Art großen Flur, den wir als Wohnzimmer nutzen.
In den Kosten ist auch TV-Kabelanschluss enthalten.
Hier um die Ecke sind direkt Netto, Alnatura und Rewe zum Einkaufen, sonst auch das Luisencenter in 2 Gehminuten. Bars und Kneipen sind natürlich auch nicht weit ;)
Am Luisenplatz (5 Gehminuten) fahren auch sämtliche Bahnen in alle Richtungen
Wir sind eine ruhige WG, aber wie es immer ist, trifft man sich ab und an in der Küche zum quatschen und sonstiges ? wir putzen aber nehmen es nicht zu streng, wenn man es mal auf einen Tag verschiebt.
Die anderen WG- Mitbewohner arbeiten beide, aber es macht gar nicht aus, falls du Student bist, da die anderen Beiden wegen der Arbeit auch bald ausziehen werden.
Bitte, bitte ruft mich nicht vor 16 Uhr an, da ich definitiv wegen der Arbeit nicht abnehmen werde, ansonsten freue ich mich auf euch ?
