Ich suche für meine WG im schönen Woogs Viertel eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und einen Süd Balkon der in den Hinterhof ragt und ist etwa 65m² groß.
Küche und Bad sind klein aber gemütlich gehalten. Die Küche ist mit Spül- und Waschmaschine ausgestattet; das Bad mit einer Dusch-Badewanne.
Außerdem gibt es ein kleines Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradkeller.
Das betreffende Zimmer ist ca. 13.5m² groß und kann bei Bedarf mit dem abgebildeten Podest (ohne Matratze und Lattenrost) für einen verhandelbaren Abschlag übernommen werden. Das Zimmer ist sowohl mit W-Lan als auch mit einem Lan-Anschluss ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruihg nur 3 Minuten vom
Woog Freibad entfernt und ist mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuß gut an die Innenstadt angebunden. Die Haltestellen sind ca 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt. Es gibt in Laufweite etliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,
sowie eine Auswahl an verschiedenen Kaffees und seit neustem ein Eisdiele :)
