Room Hello everyone, A 13 m² room is available in our shared apartment in kasinostrasse. The room is delivered furnished and is payable and the entire room has divided into two sub rooms which are 13 m² each and those are connecting rooms,both roommates have same entrance and exit door so if you are ok with this please text me genuinely. The shared apartment consists of a bathroom, kitchen. The apartment has WiFi, and a washing machine and refrigerator are available. Location The apartment is only 5 minutes away from the “kahlertstrasse” stop and 10 mins away from pallaswiesenstrasse on lines L, 4,6,5,WE1,WE2and 8. The journey to the city center only takes 5 to 8 minutes by train. rewe, penny netto, burger King, MC fit are in walkable distance like 2 to 5mins.Flat share type There are currently 3 people living in the apartment, including me. I'm moving out at the end of january. The two remaining residents are students at TU Darmstadt. We attach great importance to cleanliness and we cook together, and being considerate of one another and one more important thing is lot of parties and friends were coming to our room ,late night parties, and downstairs sheesha will be there if you are ok with noise then it's fine.and we look forward to welcoming someone who shares these values. Miscellaneous The monthly rent is 280 euros and internet,electricity is 50 Euros. The use of the room is intended exclusively for students. If you are interested in our shared room, please send us a short paragraph about yourself.
