Hda student looking for a long term home

Hey , I hope everything is going fine with you, my name is Kariim, I am 26 years old and I am currently living in Darmstadt.
I am an architecture graduate and a freelance artist, doing my second degree in expanded realities in Hochschule Darmstadt.

I enjoy creative activities such as drawing and creating 2D animations. I am also quite of a film fan and enjoy watching movies and animations. Music is also very important to me, as it is where I draw most of my inspiration as an artist, so you will find me in a corner drawing with my headphones on. :)
I also enjoy cooking occasionally and sharing a good home made meal.

I am looking for a long term home for the duration of my studies. A place that is organized and neat and agreed upok cleaning and sustainablity would be appreciated.

I will be very gratful for your reply as soon as possible as it has been quite hard finding a humane place to stay that is within in budget and not quite depressing :)
