Das 12 qm Zimmer ist hell und liegt trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. die Küche, das Bad und eine Abstellkammer werden gemeinsam mit deinem neuen Mitbewohner geteilt. Die Küche ist bereits möbliert, eine Waschmaschine steht zur Benutzung bereit. Des Weiteren stehen ein Kellerraum sowie ein Fahrradkeller zur Verfügung, der Hinterhof mit Garten kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden. Da ich von Deutschland ausreise, müssen alle Möbelstücke im Schlafzimmer gegen einen Abschlag übernommen werden. Der Preis können wir dann nach Absprache bestimmen.
The approximately 12 sqm room is bright and despite its central location, very quiet. You will share the kitchen, bathroom, and a storage room with your new roommate together. The kitchen is already furnished, and a washing machine is available for use .Furthermore, a cellar space and a bicycle storage room are available, and the backyard with a garden can also be used. Since i am leaving Germany, the furniture in the room must be taken over at a very discounted price. The price can be later discussed.
Das Zimmer liegt für Studenten ideal zwischen dem Campus Stadtmitte (ca. 10min Fußweg) und dem Campus Lichtwiese (ca. 20min Fußweg). Alternativ kommt man aber mit Fahrrad oder ÖPNV noch schneller an die Uni oder in die Stadt; die Linien L, 2 und 9 fahren vom Roßdörfer Platz, der in nur etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Zudem können sämtliche Buslinien, die von der Station "Jugendstilbad" abfahren, genutzt werden. Diese Station ist fußläufig ebenfalls in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The room is ideally located for students, situated between the City Center Campus (approximately 10 minutes on foot) and the Lichtwiese Campus (approximately 20 minutes on foot). Alternatively, you can reach the university or the city even faster by bike or public transportation. The L, 2, and 9 lines depart from Roßdörfer Platz, which is just a 3-minute walk away. Additionally, all bus lines departing from the "Jugendstilbad" station can be used. This station is also within a 5-minute walk. There is also a supermarket in close proximity.
